The Beatles' Wirral - Across the Universe

Not quite "Across the Universe", but the other side of the River Mersey, to the Wirral. The Beatles actually spent many hours travelling through the Mersey Tunnel, and many firsts were actually achieved on The Wirral. Places of particular interest of course are Hulme Hall which was Ringo's first appearance with the Beatles. John would also spend time on the Wirral, as Cynthia lived in Hoylake. Paul McCartney would also purchase a house for his father in Heswall. This is a unique tour that many others can't reach, and we are sure you will be surprised by many of the places - particularly the Barnston Women's Institute!
