Hi all
We thoroughly enjoyed our Beatles and Liverpool tour. Ian was a perfect guide. We hope to return and take the tour where we can go into John and Paul’s childhood homes. Liverpool is a wonderful city and we loved seeing the Mersey as well.
Warm regards

Hi Ian and Cheryl.
A big thanks for a great day out in Liverpool seeing the Beatles home town. My wife is Japanese and likes Liverpool and the Beatles. To go inside Paul old house was a great time for her to be in Paul’s old bedroom was a big thrill to her. We also went in johns old house which was also very thrilling to us. We had a great time on the Beatles tour and Liverpool was great also a big thanks.

Dear Ian,
Just a quick note to let you know that we had a great trip through Liverpool. Nice to see all the sights we had heard about all these years. And the waterfront and mall were a real bonus. Wish we had more time there. Thanks for making our trip a worthwhile one.

Marianne and Val: Fantastic time
Just wanted to say that Val and i had a fantastic time in Liverpool, we really enjoyed the tour. Ian was so knowledgeable and he looked after us so well. He showed us things not only about Beatles but gave us a little about Liverpool history too. I will recommend this type of tour to my friends, its so much better then the coach. Ian could get us into places the coach couldn't and we had such a laugh. We loved his friendly way and Liverpool humour.
I hope to do another tour next year with maybe entrance into the Beatles homes, as i have another friend (Beatle fan) who might enjoy this trip.
All the best
Marianne and Val

Steve Jr. and Family: The Greatest Tour Ever. Period.
Ian was the single-handedly one of the most knowledgeable people on the Beatles that I have ever met and gave me and my family one of the greatest experiences ever. The entire tour was a dream come true, though it sounds cliche it is the God's honest truth. Ian made our tour incredibly personal and was just a truly great person and it made the tour all the more better than it already was. Many thanks to you Ian, and to anyone looking at this page BOOK THIS TOUR!!!

Steve and Family: A Dream Tour!!
Just wanted to point out to anyone researching the various Beatles related tours in Liverpool, this one should be put at the top of your list!! I have dreamed of visiting Liverpool since I was a boy (I am 46 now) and have passed on my passion for the Beatles to both of my sons. Ian created a tour for us that covered everything we wanted to see with a few surprises thrown in!! (Don't want to say what they are in case he can't always work that kind of magic) The day was one that my family and I will never forget. A thousand thank yous to Ian for one of the most memorable days of my life. (Not an exaggeration...)
With much gratitude,
Steve, Dorothy, Steve Jr. and Danny

Linda and Heather: The BEST part of our trip
Ian, you took us on the four hour tour and it was perfect. The stories you told were so entertaining and you made us feel part of it all. This would have to be the only Beatles tour to consider.
Thanks again,
Linda and Heather

Greg Hewson: FAB tour - one happy Aussie !
I did the full day tour late September 2009 (sorry it took me a while to post this Ian). Whole day was very relaxed - saw everything I expected to see plus more. Really enjoyed Paul and Johns homes and the Casbah visit was simply priceless. I find myself constantly telling people "hey - I've been there" whenever we see one of the many Liverpool sights on TV or in a book or whatever. Although it's a long way from Sydney, I am already planning a return visit and will have one or two others with me next time. I am making a mental list of other 'Beatle' places I'd like to see as well. Goodonya Ian - it was a FAB day !

Gerry and Julie:Edinburgh: Memories for a lifetime
Took a Beatles Tour on December 6th 2009.
A quiet time of the year so there was only us on the mini bus; in essence then, a private tour.
Fantastic, insightful, enjoyable and history come to life. Simply unbeatable.

John and Lizann: The best Beatle tour!
We've just had the 4 hour tour with Ian and it was more than I could have imagined. The real joy of Ian's tours is that it's very personal and relaxed - it was just me and my wife (who organised the trip as a Christmas present) and Ian. No crowds, no problems of having to go where everyone else went. Ian gave us all the time we needed wherever we went - Penny Lane, Strawberry Field, St. Peter's Church, the individual Beatles' houses etc. The highlight for me was the trip to see the Casbah Club where it all began. Our personal tour guide was Rory Best, Pete Best's brother, and he had so many stories about the Beatles because, of course, he was there at the time and he knew them. Ian's tour company is to be commended for having such an important Beatles landmark as part of the tour and, again, at the Casbah it was just me, my wife and Rory Best. I could never have dreamed that I would have an opportunity to hear the stories from someone so intimately involved with Beatles right at the beginning of their careers. The club is a treasure trove for anyone who wants to know how it started. I would recommend this tour to any Beatles' fan.

Diego
I took the 4 hour tour last year and I must say it was wonderful. I was picked up at my hotel by Ian, who took us to all places I had always dreamt of visiting. It was a private ride where we could ask him all our questions, hop off the car and hop in back as many times as we wanted. They arranged for us the visits to the Casbah, Mendips and Forthlin Road, and he even bought us a couple of sandwiches. We also could visit Ringo's house and meet its wonderful house keeper. Me and my girlfriend with Ian in this private car and going to all those places was a dream that came true. I wish I could return soon.
