Terms and Conditions

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Liverpool Beatles Tours will provide a quality, private Beatles tour, including picking you up at the agreed location and dropping you off at an agreed point too. Where we have agreed to provide tours of the National Trust properties of Mendips and Forthlin Road, we will book the tickets and incorporate this into your tour. We will also arrange the tours of The Casbah and Beatles Story where requested. A price will be quoted when enquiring, and this amount will not change unless the requirements of the tour change. A deposit will be requested, or payment in full as per our terms below.

PAYMENT
Credit Card payments can be accepted via PayPal ? www.paypal.com - for which you don?t need to open an account. This guarantees you privacy, and there is
no need to reveal your card details. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice we send to you.

UK Cheques are accepted and should be made payable to, "Liverpool Beatles Tours" and sent to Victoria House, 25 Victoria Street, Liverpool, L1 6BD.

Cash must be in GB Pounds

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Tours will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of payment as agreed and will outline date, start and finish times and pick up point etc. Once you have
confirmed the details are correct, your tour is booked.

CANCELLED TOURS
Cancellation Charges:
If you choose to cancel the tour, then the following applies:
Up to 14 days in advance per tour - £25
Within 14 days of tour date - 50% of the tour cost.

We try to be flexible and where possible, we will try to rearrange your tour with no extra charges. We always recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we have to cancel the tour (which thankfully has never happened to us yet) then a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

MISSED/LATE DEPARTURES
In the event of problems with public transport, please keep us informed about your delayed arrival etc., and then we will try to meet you at the rearranged time. Our telephone numbers will be supplied with your confirmation of booking. Our office telephone number is 0151 281 7738.

Liverpool Beatles Tours cannot be held responsible for any delays on public transport. We may have to adjust the tour accordingly within the new time
frame. We pride ourselves on being flexible, but our contract is for the tour as agreed, with the meeting time & tour duration confirmed by us both.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
LIVERPOOL BEATLES TOURS are extremely proud of the service we offer as demonstrated by our feedback.
If however you are not satisfied with the service we have provided, then please contact us straight away at complaints@beatlestours.co.uk and we will
respond within 48 hours.

PRIVACY POLICY
We never share customer details with any third party. You will be invited to join our mailing list after your tour, but this is purely voluntary. If you
choose not to, your details are not passed on to any other organizations.
